Same as you, change the rear tyre for a smaller wall, or stretch it and tuck under the arch for more lows
They don't make a 255/30 that I know of. At least not in a quality tire that I would want and I'm not looking to go any narrower.
Also the main hindrance with lowering the rear more has to do with the car having a solid rear axle, hence my mention of getting the fenders flared and also the driveway at my current house.
The drive way rises very sharply in the first few feet. It has always been a balancing act of not scraping the front bumper while at the same time not lifting the inside rear wheel to much and pinning the outside. The house is sold though and I move out this weekend
What is the specs on the wheels after the rebuild then? Offset etc. Just asking, ´cause I´m planning on getting my BMW BBS RC302 wheels on my 940 wagon, they are 8,5x17 et15. Was wondering if they are gonna fit with spacers/adaptors 20mm up front and 25 in the back.
