Agreed. I actually considered having the front/hood emblem shaved but I decided to keep it as it helps break up the front of the car some.

Agreed. Having it painted in the next few weeks to a month will be an even better idea

    Haha thanks.

The plates are actually being retired soon. I usually change my plates up once a year or so. I've already had two sets of tags on this car in under a year (plus two Europlates up front) but i've got yet another idea for some tags that I want.

Thanks. Honestly I wasn't a huge fan of Crossfire's either.......but I pictured this build in my head and decided to roll the dice. I decided to go for it since I wanted to do something wildly different. I'm very glad that I did and i'm pumped with how this car has turned out thusfar.

For those following my build thread (see sig) - this will be the last time you'll see this car gloss black. I am having the car resprayed Obsidian Black Metallic along with having the rear hatch badge shaved/filled and installing European market side markers. All in all it won't look drastically different but it'll be a new look nonetheless. Stay tuned for a follow-up shoot!

Haha thanks man. Yeah.....the changes that will be taking place over the next few weeks will be super subtle but worth it in my eyes. I would have shaved the rear badge a long time ago but there are holes. And I love the way my exhaust looks but I dang how quiet it is! It's just a custom axle-back setup for now but I am planning to delete the resonator sometime in the near future. For now my intake/supercharger whine is louder than my exhaust though

And thanks everyone! I appreciate all the feedback.

I'm having it painted Obisidian Black Metallic. I figured i'd stick with a Benz color to keep it OEM+. Also having that fugly rear badge shaved on the hatch.

Looks good. Those watermarks could be a little less though.

Who is going to paint your car?
