    so... where was I?

ahh YEAH! i got another set of wheels!
at this time i started to REALLY understand the value of wheels so i said to myself "Maaaaaan i gotsta step my game up so i can keep up with these ballers and shit in da scene and shit yo! Sooo... lemme get these replica joints so i can floss crazy tight"

So thats what i did after i purchased new fenders considering the fact that my OE fenders were deemed unworthy.

oh and i got another door... why? I cant even remember but i do recall going through 3 doors in a 2 week span. Weird fo sho.

so this is how it sat for a week or so...

i gots more in the morning

            Well I'm glad!

So.... the week came and left and i dropped the car off at the bodyshop and here's what they gave me in return...

THEN it began... The era of the Honorable DO™ commenced.

i got love from folks that ***** my body and soul for attempting to restore my vehicle. I gave hope to folks of minimal means like myself and i forced the closeminded STI Wagon owners to never again doubt my ability to bring my dreams to fruition.

throughout the year of 2006-2007 id post my vehicle on a couple forums with pictures id take almost every other day on my lunch breaks. i loved my vehicle and it loved me. But... this was NOT enough...

In most cases with vehicles the owner feels obligated to switch things up year by year. i didn’t necessarily have that sense of obligation but like always i had a tendency to make grandiose "come ups". Or as me and my close friends would call it... "Nĩgga come ups!" (BTW We're gonna get that copy written so don’t even think about stealin' my shit son )

but yeah so... As i rocked my gold wheels i started to fall in love with European styling and shit. I now wanted to build a Euro-Sol. I really wanted an MK2 Golf but i don’t have patience for check engine lights and learning a whole new platform. So i figured I’d make do with the Honda i had.

Before i settled on my last set of wheels i decided to give the low offset thing a try when it was at its pinnacle in the Honda world... so then it looked like this

              15x8 +0 Sportmax joints son!

not to mention these are pics from the past 3 years and all of this has come and gone. The car is in a totally different state now.

Hmm liking the direction of the build so far. When were those pics with the Sportmaxes taken, I'm guessing within the last 5 years?

I wanna see what it look like nao!

                          the Sportmaxes were circa 2007-2008.
I actually got them because i needed a wheel i could use for when i changed my suspension to 4x114.3 to accomodate some MORE wheels i had around that time as well. Well that and to test the limits of the del sol as far as fitment is concerned. They weren't on the car for too too long before i sold them. but i only sold them because i needed more money to fund some more items that you'll see shortly.
