Might I suggest maybe shaving those signal holes in the bumper?
Somethin was throwing me off when I first saw pics of your car with the bumper on, I think I finally nailed it to those.

Made a pshop and imho it really pulls it together without them. Whatcha say?

Also, the skirts are great, they really pull it together.

J-Style Hot Boi E46 Sedan Project

So a while back I was talking to someone that inspired me to find a body kit for my car. Why idk. The car mostly only sees track use. As much as I enjoy drifting and driving the car to its limits, I also enjoy building and creating things that look awesome, even though sometimes impractical. Like everyone else Im very into the early 2000s Japanese D1 drift styling. Big aero, shiney wheels, crazy graphics. Heres some dumb stuff I did to my bmw with that styling in mind.

    Before:
The flares are by hard motorsport. I put these on a while back. They are made to fit sedans and replicate the original M3 shape. Wheels are 18x9 BBS reps with 215/40s.

    The Hood:
In search of some more aero styling I picked up an aftermarket replacement facelift hood through my work for cheap. Also picked up an ebay fiberglass "Uras" style hood vent. Couldn't stand the idea of having another E46 with a gtr hood, even though they are sick.

    Roof Spoiler:
Pretty standard straight forward install here. Just an ED replica Hamann roof spoiler. Felt it gave the necessary Japanese street styling, even tho Hamann is german (I think).

    The Front Bumper:
My friend had a bumper laying around that I test fitted against the factory style Mtech 2. The shape was close. Close enough that I could mold the two together. I was a little skeptical I could pull it off and have it end up clean and production looking, but I believe it ended up looking pretty good.

    The Side Skirts:
Here is the state that my current venture is in. The skirts are based on most IS300 / Jsx100 BN/Uras styling. I'm currently working on the preparing them for molding in fiberglass... which I have never done before... should be fun.

I covered the wood templates in aluminum flashing to make releasing the molds hopefully an easier task. I also had some color match spray paint laying around which I took advantage of. Gave a better idea of what the finished product would look like.

    More to come
