Slamming all the way from Norway...

Been reading here for a long time...But thaugt its about time to get my own thread...Im from Norway...so excuse me for my bad english

Anyway,...Have had alots of slammed mb w124 in my past...But the new regulations from the norwegian DMV is that the lowest part of the car must be higher than 11cm..And if you dont have that, they take ure plates..

And then theres my winter auto...Yes it need lowering...But the roads in Norway really suck.. And then theres the fact that this car is going for sale...1997 728ia...

And yes...cars are expeeensive in norway... Used to have Lexus SC400 1994 model couple of years ago...imported to Norway from texas USA...The registration fee was 22000USD....

so is it only a requirement when you register or inspect the car? or if you get in an accident and you are below 11cm, insurance won't cover you?

Well...if the insurance finds out that the car wasnt roadlegal, or had more horsepower than allowed, they can cut ure insuranse payment...Even if it wasnt ure fault...We have to get our cars inspected every2 year, and the DMV dudes are all over the place to check cars...

Miss that car as well...before I sold it, it was lowered 4cm more in the front, and 2cm at the back, and got clear lense turnsignal....
