Suggestions for different Porsche 964 direction

Hello folks,

I've had my 911 964 C2 for almost 10 years. Bought it back when I had some money and knew that I would never have a chance like that again, and glad I did it. When I first got her, I quickly installed some Bilstein shocks and H&R sport springs on her. Then I went for some 17" CCW Classics. Back then, 18" just looked too big to me.



Fast forward a decade and 18" looks just right. I've only driven the car 15k miles. Not much at all. Mostly just cruising around on the weekend, maybe once a month. Took the car to a couple track events, but it's really not that convenient for me. I love driving this car on the road, and not really having to track it to get the most out of it (unlike a Miata).



I need your help for suggestions on a new set of wheels. I want a unique look that isn't too played out (TE37 would be too common for this car). I was thinking some old school looking rally wheels with fat solid centers and tiny vents around the hoops. Really not sure which direction to go right now.

Suggestions?!

Livery Wheels' Fans would look cool but that might be just me, or even their Procar's.

I have Rotiforms on my 964 currently, and I honestly wish I had gone with something a little more classic. As much as I love trying new things with cars, the 964 is just one of those cars to me that deserves some nice old mesh wheels. Also mine are 18's and I think they look much too large.

Hrm, looks like they don't make Turbofans anymore? Didn't see them listed on their website. I like that classic look. Was also considering something like this fifteen52 wheel, but they are dang expensive and I'd rather have something else for the price:

if RS's are ideal just get a set of those, they are likely to be cheaper than the livery wheels and the hre 501s. not sure about the pricing of the 1552 evo SC's but i think those would look great on a 964.

whatever you get, please do 17s though!

I think you can get flat or half height center caps for RSs now.

I have an 18" RS set in metallic champagne 5x130 original faces with billet flat caps in the works... sounds like this may be what you're leaning toward

Option 1: Buy the set 1badg35 is building, 'cause they're the right bolt pattern and a damn fine color

Option 2: Get a set of RSs, figure out whether they take 58mm or 72mm caps, buy from Spinfab / Euro Image / whoeverthefuck

EDIT: Take a look at the conical RS caps that Spinfab sells (and others too) while you're at it - they're pretty fresh too.
