  • An old e39 with some new wheels

Finished my 3 piece wheel build a couple of weeks ago and had some issues with them sealing correctly but I redid them and they seem to be good so far.

Specs are 18x9 et -8 and 18x10 et 10. These were originally 2 piece and I got new lips and barrels from Paul at Ehrlich Wheel Works, I definitely recommend him if you're looking to do something similar! I stripped the paint off the centers myself and used sandpaper and scotchbrite pads to get a brushed look, then had my friend Vic put some clear coat on them. Also I want to thank Moonlite Motorwerks in Gilbertsville, PA for mounting the tires and helping me with the sealing issue.

Here's some pics I have of them on my car:
    One I took:

I plan to lower the more a tad bit in the next couple of days since there is still a bit of gap. Other than that let me know what you think!

Slightly random question, but what rotors are those?

Thanks guys! I should hopefully have a couple more shots from my friend in the next day or two.

And the rotors are ATE Premium One, probably going to change them this summer though because they're getting towards the end of their life.
