Are your projectors from like a newer 5 or 7? My friend and I are tryin to see if they (found them at the junkyard) will work on our e28s. If so, how did you wire them up?

Some 88s and all 89s have US Projectors that utilize a 9006 bulb. THey aren't great but they work better than the standard sealed beam crap all other E30s received. Some rare early 84-87 cars have been seen with Hella H4s.

You might be able to fab them up to work in an E28 if you got E34 or E32 projectors. However the front grill/light area of the E28 is so big. The only solution to fix IMO is Euro grills and Euro Hella E-Codes. It really looks killer.

Yea, theres a chance you could make it work, but itll be fabbing them up, the brackets and tabs are different. Like dinan said, you can get them OEM, for not a ton
