im not exactly sure what OEM+ is, im pretty sure i know what it is but would some one care to elaborate for me?

OEM+ is a subtle way of modding cars, using oem pieces or similar pieces. For example putting euromarket parts, or doing small modifications that aren't oem but look better. All in all its a subtle way of modding and most of the mods would only be noticed by an enthusiast. The US VW scene has a lot of examples.
