i can kiiiinda see where you're going with it... but are those 20s? they look kinda big. and i assume thats why it's so high off the ground.

Yeah I agree. There isn't much fender gap yet the car is still riding high

Interesting. I dig the engine, I'd like if it had a grille, and I'm confused about the height too.

Off to a great start though.

thanks for the constructive criticism, I can appreciate it.

The wheels are 19x8.5/10 with 235/35 and 265/35s respectively. The height is something that needs to be addressed. I guess I need to figure it out since the front can't come down much lower (I already rub pretty bad over bumps), and there isn't much gap, but it is still rather high. For comparison, this was fall 2009

For the engine, it's a fully built 2JZ, all supporting mods, Greddy T88 turbo, Haltech Platinum EMS, running e85 or c16. The car made a little over 700hp on VP110 last year. I haven't finished tuning it on e85 (only tuned for 16psi right now (500hp), just got it back together), but on e85 I expect to make around the same, 700hp, but it will only be $2.xx a gallon compared to $7-10 for race-gas. I also run it on c16 every now and then when I want to run 40psi.

Once I clean up the car more and address a few things, I will post in the exclusive section and give the full run-down of the car and its story. This one has been 4-years in the making, so its story is rather long.

what's with the hood and lack of grill? seems like doodled hoods are new fad, along with illest/FL stickers.

i used to see you at midway all the time but never really introduced myself.

haha, the old look was nice, but I like the new look...otherwise I wouldn't have changed it!

the hood was just something fun. My hood got messed up so I fixed it over a weekend. Was deciding on color and I always wanted to do the chalkboard/bombed hood, or whatever it's called these days. I'll be getting a new hood, but I will keep this one. Just something fun. The car hasn't had a grill for years. Stock grill doesn't fit the CWest bumper, you have to cut one up to make it fit.

Yeah, I never introduced myself either, but always saw you out there. Feel free to say what's up if you still head out there to hang out.

Looks very incomplete, A few things could pull it together, A grill, Roll/Pull, DROP, skirts and a rear lip.

Thats some serious work right there. One of my buddies had a IS that he was building but lost interest in it. I think some sick 18s and more drop would set it off nicely.

thanks. Yeah, I'm looking for another set of wheels so I can have these 19s refinished and more drop is on the way!
