Yep it a window mounted swamp cooler, american cars in the 40-50's used them, as well as some vw's.

oh i wasn't driving. i was walking on psi campus. i don't have my car up here unfortunately. I'm trying to get it up here this summer.

As you know Volvo is an old company and from many years made many awesome design of cars and their engine are very powerful and look of the car is very graceful.I like it so much and also interested in the old model and one of them is this,its really awesome.

Sounds great! Make sure you get a solid skid plate made. Not that replacing steering racks and cross members every couple months isn't fun.

TRUTH. I think I'll need one very soon as the nuts on the U-bolts that hold the steering rack have already started to wear through..
