There's -6 degrees up front and dead 0 out back, its a solid axle car. I'm looking into IRS out of a c4 vette or a newer gto to run around -3 or 4 out back

Dude, solid axle is the way to go if your planning on making more power (like the turbo you mentioned) Don't install an IRS, you'll regret it.
