      • How do you have tyres mounted to some of these wheels that aren't even bolted together fully, nor do they look to even have valves in some of them? I'm confused.

You've made some really nice custom 3 piece wheels though....they'll be even better once refinished nicely!

he doesn't need to use all bolts just to try them on. it's not like he's driving the car or anything. if it's sealed properly that'll suffice.
it seems like there's no valve stem, because probably he used a lip and a barrel which have a stem placed in the barrel, not in the lip lip. look up "90 degree valve stem". it's quite common.

oil crankcase of the engine lying on the ground and the rear gear is also lying on the ground that is the understatement of the maximum and smooth

the wheels are assembled on welding
that is, they are not collapsible

                        made for a particular car

I don't think I'd be putting all the weight of a 7 series on 4 or 5 tiny M7 bolts and some sealant, even if not to drive on, but each to their own. As for valve stems in the barrels, yes I'm aware of that option, but the holes where the valve stems once were in the original wheel faces aren't even filled with anything. I guess sealant in the hole would be sufficient too?

As for them being welded, which explains it now......why not weld them? Plenty of wheel manufacturers have been welding split wheels together for years! However I wonder if they are true custom made 3 piece split wheels or more so 2 piece, as some appear to almost just be a new aftermarket lip on top of a wheel that's had it's original lip lathed off, which would explain why they're welded.

Any progress pics of how you make the wheels?

usually be welded two or all three parts of the wheel
                              get twin or split rolls

I do any wheel, but in this case I prefer, to unite them, although 40 on the bolt is still there on each wheel in addition to welding.
