I know it has already been stated that you were on Broadways, but did you customize any part of the assembly? Or just order the custom spring rates and we're able to achieve that much of a drop out of the box ?

Sorry to bring up such an old thread but I am currently in the process of building my 01 330i and need some help on how to maximize my low on Broadways

In my personal opinion,i don,t like the Wagon this model,because its shape is too different and the third part is no more pretty and hit badly the grace of this car,i don,t like it any more but the second one is very graceful car i like it.

Just spring rates. I can tell you right now there's no way those coils couldnt go low enough for whatever you want the car to do. His car is lower than that now, like he's wearing through the fenders above the body line from his wheels hitting it low. No other car would move at his height but he's worn everything completely flat underneath so somehow he can steam roll it around. And by that I mean it mostly sits in his driveway leaking oil.

They are as is from when he received them, no modifications I'm fairly sure. He's a friend of mine.

Jake nailed it, kid things he can just jump back in the ringl. But yes as stated, coils are out of the box with 4 inch swift springs front and rear and custom rates, I am lower than this now, but I picked up shorter inserts from broadway to compensate for the smaller spring to keep the correct pre load. You don't NEED to do this, but I spent the money I want to make sure that its going to ride and handle as well as it can and so far I have zero complaints.
