Thanks everyone! I'm excited to see others appreciate my efforts, I'm about ready to swap the engine which should provide some interesting discussion once completed.

I see you plan an "interesting" swap. If this car winds up with an LS in it, I will probably wind up in a padded room. I really, really hope there is something involving a VQ or some sort of Nissan V8 in this car's future; it is too perfect to be ruined by a scene swap.

BTW, perfect is not a word I throw around. This car is an aesthetically 100% perfect Z32.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

                  Your blast pipes look stupid.

The exhaust is stock, along with the tips. I would have gone with the B&B exhaust if I were keeping the vg motor in it, but I'm not. Upgrading exhaust would cost me $1k just to be rendered useless when I swap the engine.

Sr20det is what it's getting. After the swap it should weigh in under 2800lbs, less than a 240sx. I'm anticipating that will come as quite a surprise to other motorists as I make my way around the track. Once I complete the swap I will begin working on swapping the head for a VE head.

something about a 300z done right that makes me stop and look more than the other jap cars of that era.

If they are done wrong though, then I want to punch a kitten but this is just sooo damn good man! Congrats on a really nice execution

edit: why a sr20 swap??? A 350z vq powerplant would be awesome..maybe even supercharge it too

Well done! Almost needs a small lip spoiler.

What seats did you put in?
