mercedes 240D did some work

so i started a tread a few weeks ago about my car but it must have been black holed for being in the wrong thread. so anyways i bought this for 1k and have been lovin it. plan is to polish the paint and brighten up the chrome and trim, tuck the bumpers. so i got around to finally getting it closer to the tarmac and looks much better.

I have a 1980 W123 body 240D in the same color stored away in my garage. I have been wanting to do something with it just haven't gotten around to it since I have my MINI. I would put an skid plate on it if lowered the car because the oil pan is low I took mine out one day hitting a dip too hard and I am still on factory suspension. What all did you do to the suspension?

for suspension i put the chop on the spings. but i plan on keeping the stock wheeels and hubbies. unless i find something that sparks my intrest. and yeah its my daily. im just doing some regular maintanence to it to make sure it's good to roll. plan on rollin it to Wuste in vegas. im also plannin on polishing some bits under the hood. having alot of fun with this for sure. thanks for all the comments
