If it's what you want then more power to you, but if it were me and since you're on air I would've gone more aggressive offset/width wise. Putting the fenders on the lips and not tucking. IMO the wheel style doesn't seem to fit the body either.

Looks to still be somewhat driveable at that height since your wheels won't come in contact with the fenders. Next purchase I'd say is a front lip.

Cool - cheers for the comment.

I did consider sitting the fenders on the lips, but I didn't want to run stretched tyres as it would compromise a) handling/ride/gearing and b) it's putting out 400hp/450lbft already - it needs as much rubber on the deck as possible! I think there's room for a 5mm spacer at the rear and I may try that shortly...

Fronts are in contact with the fenders already and there's no room in there unless I start cutting away at arch liners and bumper mounts, which starts a whole other world of pain trying to get panels etc to line up...

I have a carbon splitter already but it's being repaired when these were shot!!!

I'll update when I've tried these suggestions and be interested to hear what you think then...

I think it looks nice. I see the comments back and forth about the wheels and would agree that if it were mine I'd do one of two things...

          1) more aggressive fitment with included larger lips

          or

          2) find a way to configure with larger lips

It is the lack of lip with that style center which make it look a little off. Just my opinion. All in all it still looks fantastic! Keep up the great work.

            Thanks man.

Unfortunately BMW saw fit to give the car really crappy offsets which screw with how much lip you can get into a rim. The rears may take a 5mm spacer at a push, but short of flaring the arches there's very little I can do.
