Holy crap! So you're saying you only have 1/2" of compression travel when static? Crazy...

Car looks great on air, and I'm sure just as good static.

I like that when on BWS I didn't have to sacrifice performance to ride low. I could drive hard when needed without a worry. Also more worried about the wheels than the car itself. Too much sweat, blood, and tears went into refinishing them.

Exactly. I'm more of a always low kind of a guy, so it was a big change for me.

Car does looks really good either way though

But too bad cause laying frame on an e46 looks soo right
Well thank you sir. Never could lay frame with these wheels, since I was never tucking wheel.

I mean I didn't measure it or anything haha, so that may be an exaggeration. You can check my other recent thread from the last days I was on my previous static setup with air cups.

It looks sick on air man, but I have way more respect for how low you roll static. Bring it back.

Hey thanks man, I don't think I plan to bring this sedan back after the suspensions get sold. Trying to jump into an older sedan with M power.

              Looked good, though.

Im on air and honestly dialed in, its awesome. I totally get what your saying about the driving high thing. Just curious though, would compression adjustable air struts solve that problem? Or is it still not stiff enough due to the low psi @ low ride height.

Shit you know your baller when can bag your car then change your mind :O

Anyways, I feel where you coming from although I could never spend the time/money to make a mind-changing move like this. I drove static on coilovers for many years, half inch clearance at my front bumper. Once I pulled the trigger on air ride I will never go back. I do **** having to drive at such a high height because if I try to drive fairly low the comfort-ability of the ride is not very enjoyable. I can deal with it though. Just hard park.... never going back to coils
