So I was gonna wait til the car was clean to post in the showroom, but it's been a year and I've been too busy driving to clean 'er up. So here are some shots I've accumulated over the past year.

The car is a 1973 Super Beetle with heavily modified 1974+ suspension. Lowered roughly 4.75 inches, stock springs (for now,) MK1 Rabbit strut inserts. Here are some shots from before the suspension settled:

The phone is 2 1/8 inches tall, this was with new suspension, and I live in central VT, otherwise known as lowered car Hell...

The wheels don't really flow (design, color), but I dig it.

Thanks for the words guys! PSU, the wheels are my favorite feature of the car (besides the handling) and I get compliments everywhere I go on how they set off the patina just right. So you seem to be alone in your assessment.

Nope. I agree with him. I don't like them either.

Well shit Keeton, where can I find some cool wheels then? Cuz I really wanna make my car cool, so I can fit in here and be cool like all you other cool people.

Obviously I jest, but in all seriousness, does anybody have some constructive comments or questions or suggestions?

Cuz I really don't give a fuck if you don't like my wheels.

                            Peace all.

Personally, I like the wheels. It works well in person, and it's as batshit crazy as a beetle that low and loud is.

                              As for everyone else
