          Is the design of these wheels to force air onto the brakes to cool them down while moving?

          That's the only logical reason I can see then being made this way if that 'look' is meant to be functional. Like others have said, this car is wonderful, but I can't help but to wonder how awesome these wheels would be with some lip.

            Don't know that I would drive it but from an artistic standpoint it is pure sex! The angles and ties between the hut roof and front wheel in pic 4 are perfect! Pic 7 on remind me of the futuristic prototypes of the late 60's and the 70's. Well done.

              Pictures are awesome, and the car is even better! Also pretty much what many others have said, I wonder what these wheels would look like with a nice lip on them.
