  • My Audi A4 and it's journey...

    Hey everyone,

I'd like to introduce myself and my car as I've been a longtime lurker on these forums so I decided to finally register and share the progress I’ve made throughout the years. I have had many long nights and headaches because of this car but in the end it’s so worth it once you see all that hard work you’ve put in finally pay off. These forums have given me a wealth of knowledge and inspiration that has helped me build the car to what it is today. Without further ado, let’s start off how the car started and where it is now. Hope you all enjoy.

    Phase One:

When I first bought the car, I brought it over to the shop and got KW V1 coils installed along with VMR 710’s

Vinyl wrapped the amber reflectors and Plasti-dipped the stock grill

    Installed x-carlink

Some random pictures from shows and photo shoots. During this time I also installed an AWE exhaust and downpipe, Eurocode HFC, APR Stage 2+ ECU, Carbonio Intake, and S-Line side blades

    Phase Two:

Phase two began with stepping up and getting 3 piece wheels that resembled BBS LM’s.

I’ve always wanted an S-line exterior so I bit the bullet and bought front and rear bumpers to complete the look. Luckily I have a buddy that works at the dealership and I was able to get the parts needed at a discount. (Thanks NPuter for supplying me with the part numbers!!!) While the bumpers were getting painted, I snagged an S4 grill for cheap and plasti-dipped it black and made a custom S-Line logo to go with it.

I also managed the install Eurocode’s complete swaybar package, Eurocode Alu Kreuz, Eurocode Short Shifter, Eurocode Front Mount Intercooler, Eurocode Turbo inlet pipe (Anyone seeing a trend here LOL). I can’t say enough great things about Eurocode, top notch company that delivers top notch products.

So at the end of phase two this is what the car looked like.

    Phase Three:

This year I wanted to completely change the look and feel of the car so I decided that bagging my car was right for me. Not only did it provide me with flexibility of raising and lowering the car whenever I needed, it looks damn good when aired out . I thought it was going to be any easy process but boy was I wrong. I initially purchased Airrex struts and Airlift Autopliot V2 management and unfortunately that combo just gave me nothing but problems. Eventually I returned the Airrex kit for a full refund and purchased the newly released Airlift kit for our cars. I also sold the Autopilot management kit and purchased E-level which is AMAZING!. Fortunately the second time around I had to save some cash so I installed everything myself, from the air struts to the management and everything turned out great. For my trunk setup I taught myself how to do hardlines and the end result came out looking great.

Now with a new suspension setup, came new wheels. I was approached by a new and upcoming wheel company earlier in the year and they offered to design a new wheel for me, based on what I wanted and liked. WatercooledIND was fantastic to work with and the end result came out better than I could ever imagine. Now I know this new design may not be for everyone, but what matters is that I love it. Hey they even named it after me ::ego alert:: haha

Here are pictures of how the car stands now, hopefully I’m done for a little while

Here are two videos that were done:

I remember watching that first video back last year. This car has come a LONG way since then and it's glad to see a local company's wheels on there

I saw these wheels being built on WCI's Intstagram but then never saw a mounted shot. So this kinda made my day, amazing transformation!

some of the most beautiful wheels I have ever seen mounted. Really a fan of the blade design with all the intricacies. Well played!
