So I've been working on the coupe for a little while, some may recognize it how it sat before... Prolly not cause I really haven't posted pics since I got it.
The day the trade went down... Bye bye caddy...
Minor changes made
Bought new wheels for it, picked them up at sowo:
To run them properly (as I saw them fitting in my head)... I decided to down grade all the mk3 stuff that came along with the 5-lug swap, back to more proper fitting mk2 stuff.
By-bye 11.3" brakes... Hello 10.1"... Along with mk2 control arms, ball joints, tie rods, custom axels, custom hubs, dual-drilled rotors, mk2 spindles etc... The point was to be able to bolt the wheels up, without using adapters... I had a vision in my mind on how they would sit... And here it is.
Still want to do a mk3 rear beam to bring the rear out, and eliminate the 5mm spacer that's there, and them for my liking it'll sit perfect.
And one from eurohangar this weekend with my buddies 1.8t swapped coupe.
