What's up fellow stance-workians!
So this past week i have lowered the car a tad more, this was only achieved by trimming the sleeve that the front coilovers rest in, as they were already all the way down and still not low for my liking..anyways!...moving on..
So i was driving today and i went to make a lane change, my car smacked a reflector so hard that my rear view mirror fell off the windshield! ..whilst simotaniously nearly giving me a heart attack from how loud it was. It was after this moment, I realized i have a problem, I lowered my car to where it can kill me haha, so anyways i went back home and notched the front coils up just a tad, then decided to see just how close it gets to the average street reflector...i was amazed..there's gotta literally be maybe 2mm clearance through there..
Why did Shaun Q. have to make me so jealous of his ridiculously awesome lowness..i simply will never get that low and live to tell about it

So since i am at the pinnacle of how low to the earth an E39 can be, it saddens me because the side skirts sit much higher than the frame rails..making it look like i could be more low..but if only they knew the suicidal death clearance hiding below!
Ohh and i know the skirt is effed up from a jack mishap, i plan to get it fixed later down the road..cause i knew SOMEONE was gonna point it out...sorry beat you to it!
If anyone has any suggestions on how i can trim the frame rails and weld new metal in its place,
Im all ears...
Well to toodle-loo!
