  • Impromptu Photo Shoot - BMW 633csi

After a nice spirited drive in the warm SoCal summer, I was inspired.

My baby had been down for a bit prior, and it felt so good to be able to drive her again. Cruising the road, hugging the turns, enjoying, relaxing...

I grabbed my camera and drove some more. I head to downtown in search of interesting back drops.

In my excitement I didn't realize I didn't have my Tripod Mount. Shooting this late at night with so little light may prove difficult but I'm up for the task.

No wash, no wax just a man with his car and a camera.

High ISO with a little blur and dust on the car. Some shots better than others but all have lots of fun and love.

All in all I can't think of a better way to spend my evening.

Hope you enjoyed the images as much as I do all comments welcome.

rear bumper's a head scratcher. did you cut the US bumper and mount it with the rear valance attached. Or is that the old style euro rear bumper with on moldings? Doesnt look bad but just curious

Nice car. It is difficult to see beyond the massive tires though.

Glad to see you switched away from the lowrider tires. That might have been embracing the '70s/'80s a little too much.

Looking forward to further updates with this car.

This looks like a car that is used as it should be. I think the tyres suit it well, it looks like it means business.

I actually kind of like the meaty tires; it's a car that's actually used for driving, not just looking pretty, and I like that.

The exposure for those photos are all on point, well done! I wouldn't have been able to do that without a tripod.

                        Love it.

Its an OEM US bumper and valance with the side moldings removed. Its mounted with a shorter pipe instead of the bumpershock mounts. Eventually ill make a custom bumper that will be flush with the body.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. :feelsgood: In regards to the tires they are 1/4 inch larger in diameter than the OEM size. But much wider at 245square instead of 205. I love it makes the ride that much better and they grip very well.

I think a 215 or 225 would've worked a bit better, but other than that it looks good man.
