I don't think it's positive camber up front. When cars have that much rear camber it often makes the fronts look a little more square, sometimes to the point that they appear to have positive camber. That said, I really dislike when cars have more negative camber in the rear than upfront. I'd prefer it to be even all around or more square in the rear.

It could be positive camber, My MK5 had positive camber up front when I aired out.
