    Hey guys,

I recently acquired this E61 M5 touring. I have really been enjoying it. Got one lap on the ring with her so far. I am still battling this airmatic suspension in the rear to get it sitting better but it is okay for now. Definitely needs to go lower though.

Anyways, I have never been able to keep any of my cars in their stock form for very long so thought that I would put a few minor touches into this beast as well.

    Mods so far:

    Eisenmann Sport Oval tips
    H&R Springs
    Varrstoen ES1 20X10 and 20X11

Here are some Iphone pictures and I will be getting a small shoot done this week. Enjoy!

These things are so sickkkk! love MB wagons better but dude, this thing kills it! Have you already maxed out the self leveling suspension? in some Mercedes, they have sls in the rear, you could look it up for an e61 and find out, I'm almost positive though. Great start! In for updates, sub'd.

I actually looked it up and the regular E61s have it so once I get off work I will check it out. Thanks for the kind words.

            She's a beaut!!!

I deleted SLS on my wagon, simply using parts from a sedan which doesn't have it.

I've heard allot of people delete sls, but how do you like it? Did you just swap components or delete the whole?By doing so, did it remove the chances of towing? because on a W210 Benz wagon towing is mainly because of sls and with all the weight from the trailer it would rub wheel, (all 4,500lbs.) and i need towing, so there's a FEW ways around sls... Sorry for so many Q's.

I did a motor swap from a sedan, so the new motor didn't have it on the PS pump. I just disconnected it, everything is still there. I finally found rear struts that work well, ford E-350 struts. What are you towing? As long as the tongue weight isn't more than a few hundred pounds you should be more than alright.

Sounds pretty sweet. & im talking about the maximum tow limit for the s210's being 4,500lbs. So im saying that without sls, the most it'd be able to tow would probably be like 500 lbs? But yeah, tounge weight, and the trailer MUST have breaks with/or without sls.

Sorry for dristracting your thread U2usual. But on the positive, I found a link on how you can lower the rear on your e61 touring.... (its a diy)
