Thanks everyone The wing is a 1992 DTM Gurney Flap. The size is a bit larger compared to the OEM EVO III E30 M3 wings for added downforce.The piece isn't that common in the states.

As for the steering wheel, I plan to get an EVO III one soon. I believe the 90-91 M3's came with this kind. Not really my cup of tea..
