We took our 1972 VW Squareback down to Helen, Ga for SoWo 2013 and we ran into this guy. Since we really didn't expect to run into many aircooleds, and especially not any Type 3s, we took the opportunity to do a little impromptu photo shoot.

Indeed! We were going to make a bumper, but ended up getting an offer for the car we couldn't refuse before we could get to it.
