Arguably bmw resolved this issue for me when they switched over to world bumpers in 88-89. But pre 88 i couldnt agree more

lol well they better it was not as cheap as a e30! lol And if you ever did/had a e30 you would understand. Everyone and their mother has a plastic bumper e30.... And that's super unattractive. You know that hot girl you love (example) but once you find out that all your friends are all over her. She does not seems as attractive anymore..... lol

yeah I don't care........ I flipped so many e30's that I lost count. So many plastic bumper conversions and mtech pipe dreams.... But after a while you wake up and realize what ya got! And you look around and realize "hey mine is definitely different!"
