  • Daily Diesel Dose

It's my daily, bagged on Airlift Performance, and I have a lot more to do to it!

It's a TDI with a techtonics straight pipe exhaust and a Malone 1.5 tune. I drive about a 500 miles a week on twisty, hill, frost heaved, potholed, sometimes dirt roads just to get to work; it's nice to only have to fill up once a week!

Build thread is in my sig, and my picture links to my Tumblr photoblog.

I don't know if you heard my buddy and me talking about your car when we ran by it yesterday in front of the Co-op. Looks good!

Yeah, it's white-ish... I kinda **** that it's off white so I've been messing around with color levels just to experiment with it. Sorry if its confusing... I think it's pretty obviously not blue, red, green, black, orange, yellow, or silver... It's not candy white, it's Campanella, but I want to get it painted next year depending on the job situation.

Nah, I didn't hear you guys... My music is always loud. Thanks though.
I love driving through campus and seeing people's reactions to whatever I'm driving... I used to pound country and beastie boys from my lifted jeep and set off car alarms in y lot...

Can't consider it a UConn car since I'm graduated... I will be at the UConn Car Show next weekend though!

This is exactly the type of fitment I like. Moderate stretch, hammered straight to the face, and flushness. I'm impressed. If anything, I would like to see the front end sneak it's way to the pavement a bit more, though.

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

                        Your blast pipes look stupid.

                          Thanks man,
Eventually, I want to get bagyard bombers up front to accomplish just that... I was taken for a bit of a ride by the garage that did my install and ended up being convinced into airlift and was disappointed at the amount of low that the Performance series provided; it rides great though...
