It's dumb because the passenger side, for whatever reason, pokes more on MKVs and MKVIs.

I just wish the wheels weren't black. I can't help but to think it would look so much better in another color.

What color would you think? I've always been a less is more guy. I don't care for fully polished CCWs and white would not flow.

I actually really like the black with silver bolts. The reverse-mounted faces look awesome, too.

better than the vette wheels, but these may be the weakest spec CCWs I've seen. so skinny and high offset.

Unfortunately my goal wasn't to go super wide. I wanted a nice set of wheels for a comfortable daily drive.

I'm not bagged like the other 99% of MKV owners. I drive this car everywhere; including a 600 mile round trip to western PA in over 2 inches of snow with the CCWs on.



If I ever bag it, I'll get bigger lips and go from there.

Tires tuck. It doesn't just drive in a straight line. LOL.

By no means is this a weak fitment for MKV standards.

That's just a case of poor offset choice. Maybe not enough research prior to purchase or just too low for that particular fitment.

I'm not saying the car looks bad, but it easily could have been avoided with some pre-work.

Plenty of research and I'm not a rookie when it comes to MKV fitment. Just added up over time and I didn't feel like running 205/40s. The passenger side of MKVs poke more so the other side is fine.

I can dig it, might sound crazy but I think small lips look better than wide lips on occasion. There definitely is a fine line between too big of lips and just right, also depends on the wheel style.
Looks good minus the fenders.

Agreed. This was all I was getting at. No disrespect to the op, just having a discussion. When I see rough fenders, I want to see bonkers fitment. Gotta make you say "damn, well that makes sense" I do like the wheel finish on this color tho!

We do, all MKV's have irs.

I find it very funny how many people dont think this is aggressive at all, with the offset youre running and how dumped you are on those coils. Keep it up PSU
