workin on a new setup

ive been getting tired of my current front setup, 18x9 +15 and the height, so i wanted to step it up a bit.

tonite i lifted the front end a bit off the ground and maxxed out the neg. camber on both sides givin me a tiny bit more of a drop.




because of the camber, my wheels are a bit more sunken-battleship status.

that new gap makes room for me to fit about 20 more mm so i plan on borrowing my friends pair 15mm and 5mm spacers and throwin em on for a while.
along with that, ill be replacing the front tires soon and i plan on goin from the current 225/40/18s to 215/40/18s to give it a bit more stretch.

that setup will be givin me 18x9 -5 with 215/40/18 in the front.

normally with a width/offset combo like youve got, theres a little concave or lip to show for it...

yes the ce28 knockoffs.

uhm the wheels came with a +20 offset. cant complain about that

fronts are 18x9 and rears are 18x10.

the legit ones dont poke out to the top of the barrel then start concaving like the DTP's do.
but they def have a lot more lip and concavity.
i wonder how much they wouldve had if i were to get come ce28s with my current specs.

ce28s come in better sizes than the rotas do. ive looked. im still wanting to get some, but ill probably go with work xd9s.

if i were to buy another set of wheels,
theyd be work schwert varianza SC1s or varianza w4s or work xd9s or some jlines.

but then again, theyre not worth it.
its a whack fwd commuter.
