  • Dingo's E34 rebirth

So haven't been on the forum to long but sense i've been here I added rear wheel stud and spacers need to get studs for the front I re aligned the front end (because someone hit me I posted pics in my intro) with new fender hood and bumper cover, then I ordered some Hella ellipsoid and re wired the turn signals for the city lights and decided to re paint the car being the hood was silver the fender was primer black and bumper was green.. So here she is
How it was when I got the car minus the clear turns and euro side market delete I added those

    And for the accident

After that I didn't really take any pictures cause it just pised me of when I looked at it
But skip a couple months ahead and I got my new headlights and clips for the bumper

Then the other day I got bored and bought some paint and went at it

Had to get those epic gas station shots

The main part is done need to go over the black again but is getting cold again so I'll have to wait on that but there she is for now
let me know what you think

e34s are awesome, but I dont think they work with matte finishes. The body style is old and when they're painted in a matte, it just screams beaten and broken. I can't really get a good grip on the color, but it seems pretty cool and it may benefit from a nice thick gloss coat. Kudos for the city lights.

Well then with that I opinion it works cause my car is beaten and broken
My take is i've always wanted an "army" style car and i'm that kind of guy where when I have a car you either love it or you **** it.. Me I love it couldn't get better well just kidding i'm buying an ls and putting in side pipes, I love the cars that are outrageous and unique and all of my cars fit that opinion

You're gas station shots could be a little more epic.

But I kinda liked the silver hood...

Kidding. It's coming along quite nicely! And looks strangely familiar...

Yeah I kinda had a "reverse carbon" look going lol
The army style paint kind of came from that battle ship silver X5 you guys did but I think i'm gonna go with an airplane type theme
And best part about it if I don't like it, its all good cause I only spent like maybe 30 on supplies

Yeah she does look familiar doesn't she lol
