  • a very snazzy vw pickup....

Now that the feature is out and past, I thought I'd share some of the shots they didnt use in the last PVW issue the other month. I hope you enjoy. If you'd like to read the bit, which is for sure worth it, I bet you might still be able to snag it at the bookstore. The truck is owned by Nick. You may know him from Seen It! fame.

    ....you stink like new car....

I have so much appreciation for everything Nick has done to this thing. and to think it was only suppose to be his winter car & ruckus hauler makes it that much more amazing.

the truck was in decent shape for it's age & then fell in love with the thing as the ideas poured in to create one of the most original setups I have ever seen in a caddy. there are no flaws or areas not well thought out within his build & its execution will forever be memorable.

Nick is a good guy & I am glad to have hung out with him, cruised to out of state events with him & just generally chill in parking lots shootin' the sheit. I do wish he bragged deeper about this pickup though as I know it's been a very large success for him. I assume his pride in building such a vehicle speaks enough volumes to where he doesn't need to add much verbally, but . . . I've never gotten sick of hearing about his ideas or where he came up with the mindsets in creating what we all are able to see before us.

& Kris, you know my admiration for you is deep. everything I know of you is top notch & a perfect staple in the community that exudes how to lead by example - both in your attitudes, dedication, build quality, & passion towards bringing all of our love with cars into focus for that continual smile for anyone lucky enough to have hung out with you.

clearly, FABEL thinks very highly of both these gentlemen & just cared to express strength in what's true as both the caddy & photography has done here.
