I just can't get down with the woodgrain on a B6. Rest of the interior is incredibly nice.

Here's the only other shot I have of the interior. You are able to see the matching suede headliner and matching rear seats.

very well executed sedan.
it really is so clean both inside & out without any distractions to draw you away from the fitment or intense wheel setup. comes off so smooth . . .
the interior matches just the same with the seats as impressive as the wheels. woodgrain looks so naturally elegant atop tan interiors & this is a perfect example as to why.
most people shy away from a tan interior, but as of the last couple of years, whenever I see one, I immediately think to myself - Nardi narliness awaiting. what's even better is the California style rearview mirror with matching hula dancer.
surprised nobody has mentioned that, or the fact that there's a rainbow fruitcake plastered up against the wall in his underwear. suppose the president just has a better eye for detail than most. regardless of whether that's true or not, I'm so appreciative I do so I can enjoy this sedan all the more.
let me ask, what are those headrests from? & does the trunk match the interior yet? what about tan BBS center cap rings or script shadowing along with those grill rings? it would be great to see both the inside & outside pulling our attention back & fourth in the same elegance as this entire car exudes.
again, so very well done.

I understand, & plenty would agree with you, but for decades a classic Nardi wheel was symbolic for many of the ways I've spoke above. it really does fit perfectly in line with the classic mesh wheelset & cross-stitched seating.
the Nardi is as down as it gets!, all the way back to single seater Ferrai's & they've never gone out of style since.

Fabel, I'll make sure to pass all the kind words onto the owner. I don't believe he is on here. Good eye with the rearview mirror. The woodgrain on that matches so well with the nardi. Oh and the fact that it is a surfboard makes it all the better. I agree with your thoughts on Nardi wheels. They are the definition of classy in my eyes!
Headrest are beetle headrest. As for the trunk setup, I am drawing a complete blank as to what his setup is. Next time I see the car I'll make sure to check it out.
I can't wait till spring so we can do a legitimate shoot. My camera loves taking pictures of Brandt's B6.
