Yeah man, rial and error is often the way.
Have a look for these solid rubber bump stops I used, as it was easier to get it right and sitting level. Something along the lines of these. But check measurements of the washers to make sure they go over the piston and overlap the strut for strength.
With the Broadway's I needed no bumpstops at all, on the rear I was about half way down if that, and the front little over half way, so nowhere near in need of bump stops.

Just talked with BC today and ordered smaller springs for the rear and they even threw in extra bumpstops so this week should have a new low. Trial and error ftw!

Thanks my man, I am running 10et10 so basically the same in the rear. Slightly pulled quarters but thinking of chopping the inner fender metal out and rolling them a little more so the wheels don't poke so much. What spring rates were you running front and rear on the Broadway's? And still using any bumpstops in the rear with them?

Thats on Bump stops, when i had the wheels on 1st time around. was a thumb width between fender and rim, with 2mm rubber washers (used in plumbing) used as bump stops, as they are solid rubber and 2mm, was easy to stack, and then just slice off 1 by 1 to get perfect set up.

Still as you can see, because of the poke (10j et4) the arches hit when fully loaded (2 passengers out back and trunk full of luggage) even with the bump stops.
Had the rear arches done, and then shot it for PBMW on that set up.
Once i got the Broadways, then it all made things like a million, trillion times easier and better, and then im not even talking about the ride quility. as on the bump stops before it was horrible and it made it impossible to drive hard as the rear spring rates mixed with bump stops and camber meant rear was so super sketchy!
This one with the Broadways on you can see, the rear sits lower, literally never hit and drove 500 miles to Paris and back with everyones luggage as the RX7 and S2k both had no luggage space. lol
I also took 5mm off that adapters, so making it 10j et9 on the rear.

and you can see on this screenshot of the VWDays video (http://vimeo.com/46368003) just how close i set the rim-fender gap for the journey, yet had the Broadways on medium set up, not even stiff.

after the trip i stiffened it up fully and the rear came down about 5mm and thats how Keilan shot it for the SW blog.
So i think you can defo get her sitting pretty with that poke on the rear.

It's been way too cold here on the east coast lately! So I threw my winter wheels on.

There ya go man!Originally posted by Dr.AK View PostThat sounds great. I'm currently on 205/40 Dunlop Sp9000s on 8.5x17 Et13 in the front and if I would step up my lips half an inch I'd be at your specs in the front. Stoked that it fits without a big hassle...
Now I've got a new goal
