I think his point is they aren't wide wheels to begin with so stretch really isn't needed.

The car is obvious low and spaced out... So yeah, it makes sense that the car has stretched tires to turn. Gosh, does everything here have to be so trivial? It's his car let him roll how he wants.

The idea behind stretching tires is to get aggressive wheels to fit... Stock isn't an aggressive fit.
