  • So this isn't how you're supposed to use a Corvette?

    Hey Everyone!

Sadly I had to move on from my c5 vette a few years ago, but while I owned it I enjoyed every moment of it.

Every holiday season I see these photos pop up and I thought I'd share them with those of you that don't frequent social media.

I believe this was about a week before Christmas in 2009.

Please save your negative comments, I know not everyone would do this with their car. But to me, I spent the money and I had no intention of ever letting it sit in the garage unused regardless of the season.

I've saved and copied these photos a million times so my apologies for the awful quality that they've become.

I know the holidays can be miserable, so I thought I'd spread a little cheer

    Merry Christmas and enjoy!

And last year a local forum used one of the photos for December in their calendar!

Obviously I couldn't take the photos as I was driving. Photo credit goes to a good friend of mine, Zachary Ulrich.

    Take care!

i've always loved these photos of your old vette. as someone that has used a mr2, rx7 and miata as their winter vehicles i love seeing other people not get scared of rwd and snow.

ive never bought a "winter vehicle" i just drove what i had at the time, which have been two rwd monte carlo's and a foxbody mustang

one of the monte carlo's ran mid 11's n/a and had no heater, perfect winter car

Haha, If we get any decent snow here this year I'll take the e36 out for sure.

Tonight was just a slushy mess.

Awesome! I've always thought the same - people who own cars that never see rain or snow don't know what they're missing. Haha
