So, yea. I've decided I'd waited about long enough to get the car as I would like it. First things first I split the wheels, got the centres re painted and new outer lips all round, in radinox.

Thanks man, I think all I'll be doing with it is tidying the wheels up and hopefully paint, as the photos are very flattering to it, in real life it's quite poor.

Thanks, they're my first set of split rims for anything so just assumed what I'd been told was correct! Saying that having looked at some other 3 piece versions of them I feel a bit stupid to not have thought thats what they were

What suspension are you running?

Found out today after doing a bit of work to the car, the make seems to be maxspeed, and it looks to be the GT Series found here : http://www.maxspeedperformance.com/x...me.php?cat=118. I'm not totally sure if thats the exact type, but it is the manufacturer going by the markings on the coilovers.
