i didnt pay a dime for these
but i eventuallly want to buy (or have made) a set of 17x9/9.5 lips/barrels but keep the 16 inners
by then ill have money for coils
im only 18 and paying for school so ill just be cutting for now

I like the color and the RS's but cutting coils on an e34 is a bad idea, its a heavy car and a heavy car with no travel on stock shocks... Not good. I cut the coils on my e34 a while back and I regretted it instantly.

Oh yeah and you'll want to buy some new wheels instead of trying to convert those to 17's.. No one makes parts for 17's with 12" faces, so you'd have to get everything custom made which would be right around the cost of two 17" sets

Aw man.. memories. Yeah my faces were the smaller 12 1/4" but they came from BBS that way, they were RS198's as opposed to RS212's that have the 13" faces.. No one makes aftermarket lips for 12 1/4" faces, they're all 13". Don't cut dude! Save up for some Nex's or something, I think their prices are down in the 600's now

i had my eye on 178s but they were to expensive mabey ill just widen these and save for something else?
and i wish i had the money when you were selling your nexs...or RS' even
buuuutt im saving for GCs...i guess aha
