Haha. I apologize. As the guy above said, it means "U Mirin Bro?" or "You Admiring Bro?" It's a inside joke to us in the weight lifting/bodybuilding community, that seems to have spread quite a bit. The plate has been on 3 cars; started out on my E39 540i/6, then onto my E36 M3, and now onto this.
