  • Test fitting the phase ones

So I got these Ronal phase one turbos at a steal. Went and got them refinished for the project Rabbit and they ave been sitting ever since so I tossed them on the daily to get measurements for spacers and seeing how much if any fender work needed to be done.

I was floored with the results.

(sorry about the noisy pictures didn't check the settings beforehand )

Looks like the front will need some suspension mods to get where I want. Right now the daily is on basically bottomed out racelands.

    Front: 15x7 ET25 with a 5mm H&R spacer
    Rear: 15x7 ET25 with a 25mm H&R bolt-on spacer

The rear on the other hand, holy crap... B. E. A. Utiful.

    Thanks for checking my whoring/rant

Thank you for not being a tease when it comes to fitting new wheels <3

Good luck getting the front down, I'm definitely very interested in seeing how this comes out.

I **** to be "that guy" but this is a tease...

Look at the last picture, that car under the cover is the project, which these are for unfortunately. All the measurements and clearances have been taken down, and these Turbo's probably wont see the light of day until the Two door is ready for them.

On my next big update I plan to migrate my build over here so you all can see what has been going on with it.

Ahhh I see, my quick response once again comes to bite me in the ass

But in all fairness you didn't post two pictures with the rims blacked out like some people do. So it's a tease, but not to the full extent.

Either way I'm a huge fan, keep doing what you're doing mate.

So I put all four on for a "temporary set" until the 14's came back from the shop but they took too long so these are staying...

Camber and low has been added since those were taken.

              Thanks for browsing

So did Schmidt literally rip them off with their wheel then?

Thanks for the kind words guys

@Digitalize, I don't think so, there have been tons of turbine style wheels like this made. The TH line is just Schmidts take on a turbine style wheel.
