Thanks man. Hopefully everyone on here gets to see a nice seafoam e46 in real life. Not to be confused with Grey Green. My color is very hard to find in the US, Europe isn't much easier but they were available on all models (318 to 330.) It only ran for 1999 and 2000 cars.

Looking at this thing in the sunlight with this fresh paint is absolutely staggering. I'll go out and snap a couple pics right now for you guys. 6 months since it's been in good shape like this.

Some bad news...

I only made it 22 miles until something happened to it. I absolutely nailed some unfinished/unmarked construction work last night, it was several 4" deep cutouts around manhole covers. It might as well have been a curb or two.

Damage:

- Scraped bottom of front bumper and re-stress cracked it. It was just cleared yesterday morning, and installed at 5:30PM last night. Lasted a good 5 or 6 hours.

- Broken left rear spring

- Bent left rear trailing arm

Probably more.



So, if anyone thinks their roads are the worst right now, I would encourage you to thank your lucky stars that you didn't have to drive down Lake Street in Minneapolis last night.

Ordered the rear control arm right away, and it showed up today. Other stuff trickled in during the week too.

All done! Alignment is OK for now, wheels are still very bent, spring is still broken, but it still drives awesomely. As a matter of fact I SLAUGHTERED a 1st Gen Viper on an on-ramp today.

Also stumbled across a long-lost seafoam relative
