  • Sorta stanced W203

Hello. Been lurking the forums a bit and decided to post up. Sorry, phone pics for now since my camera is still boxed up from a recent move. The car is currently as low as the co's allow, and I'm not too impressed with the front, so I'm looking for a shorter spring for it, but have been having a difficult time finding one. Fender work still needs to be done before I can bring the wheels out 5mm more. I think with that and a bit lower in the front will satisfy me. Anyway...

Detailed shots of the fronts? Wheel specs? Looks good from what I can tell.

Looks good! Fronts are definitely a problem on W203's even with air suspension I'm having trouble getting it all the way down.

Thanks! btw I sent you a pm on mbworld.

Yes, that's been my experience and I'm almost ready to accept it, but not just yet. Coming from being able to put my old audi and 240 on the ground with co's, this has been disappointing. lol. I'm not willing to cut the coilover spring either like a lot of others do and that topic isn't something I even want to get into. your wagon looks great too.

Decided I'm going to replace the front co's to come down 2 more inches in front and half in rear, space it out to where I want it to be and start rolling and banging if needed. Not much left to do as far as that goes and will hopefully get it all knocked out in my garage one weekend before it starts getting too cold here.

Clearly I need to dig my camera out of whatever moving box it's in.
