17x8 et42 with 19mm adapters on 205 40 (Falkens 512) and..
17x9 et42 with 19mm adapters on 215 40 (Falkens 512)

Yes, they're staggered tires. But the diameter difference is under 1.5%. The 512s I got seemed to be from a stubborn batch. Couldn't get beads to set on the 9s.

Got a flat on my winters the other day. By coincidence I had my summer wheels in the back seat (was getting tires peeled). Kid at tire shop while getting a new winter tire. "tires are worn....shouldn't stretch them....prolly don't care since you don't have an airbag" ....seriously, just shut the fuck up and peel my tires.
