  • 1973 Plymouth Scamp 340 H.P....

Here my 2nd car... it's a 1973 Plymouth Scamp. The car started as a Slantsix (3.7L) with incredibles 95HP...

This was the car when i bought it...

I fixed a few things on the car and converted it to a 340cui V8...here a few mods:

    - 340cui H.P. Engine (1971), new pistons (10,5:1), modded heads, Comp-Cams cam, Edelbrock Air Gap intake, modded 600cfm Edelbrock carb, Spectre air-intake-system, TTI-Headers polished and ceramic coated, TTI exhaust-system 2.5" with H-Pipe and Flowmaster 40's, FBO Ignition... (approx. 400HP)
    - 727 Torque-Flite automatic trans, reinforced, billet-servo, shift-kit, 10" Converter with 2400 rpm stall...
    - lowered (3" front / 2" rear)
    - O.E. steelies (14x5.5 front / 15x8 rear - 205/70-14 / 245/60-15)
    - matte hood with 6-pack scoop
    - bumble-bee stripe rear
    - custom front spoiler
    - new carpet, new bucket seats and seat covers...
    - and much more...

    Here a few actually pics:

Hey bro. I run @ClassicsDaily Instagram & I'm building a similar car. 73' Scamp with a built 225 slant-6 & I'm putting a 71' 340 from my dad's old 72' Satellite in it. 727 with a 2200 stall. I'm considering lowering mine like yours & was wondering if you had any problems. I still have the steelies on it, but when I get a new rear end & disc brake conversion it will change the bolt pattern. Considering getting black torque thrusters. The car is white so that black accents well. I'd love some feedback bro. Please email me @ ClassicsDailyGram@gmail.com I'd love to pick your brain. Here's a pic of my car.

            Thanks!

Looks great. I saw a complete one in the junkyard about 2 years ago and saw the potential in them then. I like yours a lot. I'll have to read the post again to see if you mentioned the color
