I was stuck in the worst spot...There was a truck stopped in front of me and a Curb on the right and if i would have tried to gun it to cut off traffic on the right i wouldn't have done anything but cause more cars to crash cause it was raining on the bustiest street in Tucson,AZ ! Sucks cause the kid didn't even hit his break before he hit me

No because i was actually fully stopped and so was the truck...Some car had just pulled out in front of the truck so he stopped and i stopped and the kid behind me slammed me forward into him!

I get that, but you are by law supposed to leave enough space so that shouldn't happen. If you didn't get a ticket no biggie, I was just curious.
