No idea, I recall some drama regarding Vogue Auto and RWB, but didn't they build a real RWB car first or something?? No idea. I only know that thing was absolutely stunning.

I thought it was VAD that had that problem. Essentially, they got the first RWB 993 in Europe, then proceeded to make their own kit after that, and they caught a bunch of shit for it.

So they did what any company would do in that position -- they made a blog post talking mad shit about RWB and Nakai-San.

Meh, they are all copies of te Porsche design. Nakai San def gave it a mystique and a feeling of exclusivity but I've had raved about parts that fit like garbage and had to make my own based off the shit part so I understand where they're coming from.

Selling it as a competing product to the original is a different story, and probably a polarizing topic. I find it in bad taste especially if they know the guy who makes the original personally but business is business and they believe they make a superior product then that's all the justification needed I guess

I haven't seen a real RWB car in person, so I can't comment on the quality or fit of those kits, jet looking at both finished and build pictures of the RWB cars, they actually seem to fit pretty well.
That being said, VAD obviously thought they could do a better job at that, but I saw this car in person at DUMPd last week and to be honest, the quality and fitting of both the kit and paintwork were very dissapointing to me.
Now, taste is something personal, but I think the front bumper they designed just looks plain wrong, especially with those 997-light units in it, just doesn't match the 993s design. The blacked out taillights looked tacky, the wheels were very concave but just didn't look good to me (probably also due to being black, hardly ever like that), and the green details on the car really didn't appeal to me at all.
I'm very interested to see a real RWB car in person to see what they really look like... Even on pictures (which hide a lot) they look way better than the VAD kits.
