Damn its been a long time since I was on here last 
Last November, after a lot of pondering and procrastination, I decided it was time to cut my losses and sold on my beloved R30 Skyline, in favour of another R32, so after a few weeks of searching, this popped up for a price I couldnt refuse...
A rare factory manual, unmolested Type-M coupe, not quite the GTS-t or GTS4 I wanted but this was too mint to pass up. It stayed stock for a while, then I borrowed some Professors from a friends RS13...
Yes its too high, I know...
And a few other bits n pieces were throw on like an apex'i panel filter, Ultra Racing rear strut brace, Nardi steering wheel, Nismo oil cap and gearknob, gave her a good service, then had to give the SSRs back
With the R30 just before it went to a new home...
And so the hunt started for the perfect set of wheels, originally went with a set of 18x9.5 Rota MXR's but couldnt bring myself to touch the guards on such a straight and tidy car, looked at a few Japanese options until I eventually stumbled upon the rims I've been looking for since my first R32 came along... Rays Nismo LM-GT2's, in 17x8 35p and 17x9 38P
Fitted them with some old 215/45s and 235/45s I had laying around and fitted them to the car yesterday...
Still sitting too high but im in no rush to lower her at the mo, the roads here are pitiful but hopefully things improve towards summer, when she'll be dropped on Bilstein circlip height adjustable custom valved shocks and Tein S-tech springs, considered coilovers but after being in an R32 fitted with Bilsteins I cant fault them, ride quality was amazing and the handling and levels of grip simply unreal
Bit of a question for ya's, what tyre sizes should I be looking at? The rear wheels are sitting where I want them and id like to space the fronts a little, but the 235's will foul the rear guards and im NOT willing to roll or lip them. I dont want anything too extreme and the car wont be overly low as I plan on doing a few track days, I just want my car sitting nice, tips and advice? Cheers guys
