home depot lip? lol its not from home depot, its industrial plastic sheeting that was riveted on to keep the lip from getting destroyed completely, which is working amazing. Without it the lip would have been long gone months ago.

That's just the "term" for doing so, cause you can buy the material at home depot. IMO if you couldn't see the rivets it'd be perfect as it adds some depth to that lip. I'd just plastidip over it to make it look uniform.
